PRE-ORDER: Wild Alaska Smoked Coho Salmon Strips

from $114.00

These smoked coho salmon strips are shelf stable, which means they only require refrigeration after opening! No more worrying about freezer space, these packages are light-weight and versatile. Grab a pack as a nutritious lunch option, or for an outing with friends, with 8 ounces of salmon in each package there’s plenty to share! Check out our recipes page for ideas on how to use your smoked salmon creatively throughout the year.

*These coho are caught by Trolling (see images in the photos). Trolling is a fishery in which each fish is caught and handled individually by hook and line, using high tension wires with hooks and lures spaced throughout. The wires are run off of hydraulic gurdy winches that raise and lower them into the water column. Once the fish are onboard, we dress, bleed, and ice each one to produce the highest quality salmon on the market.
