***FILM SCREENING FULL. I’m hosting another screening in Port Angeles at PNWonderland Wine on March 15th. Read the details and find the link to RSVP HERE.***
Please arrive by 5:30pm. Lincoln Park Grocery will be providing complimentary Katfish Salmon Co. appetizers to sample! Beer, cider, and N/A beverages will also be available for purchase prior to the screening. The film is 13 minutes in length, and the screening will start promptly at 6pm. There will be a short Q&A after the film. This is a FREE event, but please consider purchasing a drink, or if you like the appetizers, a can of salmon, to support my gracious hosts!
If you signed up but are unable to make it, please come back to this signup to change your RSVP to a No so that I can actively keep track of the number of people attending. There are approximately 20 seats available. Please DO NOT rsvp maybe (I cannot remove this option from this platform). A maybe will not guarantee you a seat.

“Local resident and first-generation salmon fisherman, Kat Murphy, stars in a new film called, The Grace, which premiered on December 7th at the Anchorage International Film Festival, and was recently selected for the American Documentary and Animation Film Festival in March. The Grace follows Murphy on the water and on land as she navigates the uncertainty, logistics, and satisfaction of owning and operating her own fishing vessel in Southeast Alaska’s hook-and-line salmon fishery. New York City-based filmmakers Natalie Berger and Moira Fett shot footage aboard Murphy’s 38-foot fishing vessel, Grace, over the course of two years and edited the footage down to 13 minutes, providing a unique and captivating snapshot of Murphy’s salmon-centered life.”

You will find me outside next to the parking lot with a white truck, topper, and pop-up tent. Please bring a cooler or bag to carry your fish shares out with. The annual Harvest Craft Fair, organized by Salish Sea Makers Market and hosted by Finnriver, will showcase local creatives with a wide variety of handmade and/or upcycled products.
Finnriver Farm & Cidery is a small-scale organic farm and cidery that has been supporting local economies and traditional craft since 2004, Finnriver’s mission is to reconnect people to the land that sustains us and to grow community.
Check out the Harvest Craft Fair market in the hay-barn, enjoy a glass of cider, cider tasting, food from either the Finnriver Kitchen or Dented Buoy Pizza, take an Orchard and/or Cider Barn Tour, or just grab a bottle to go!

The Friendly Nettle combines inspiration from Hans’s travels and inquisitive mind to create eclectic flavors. Utilizing produce from local farms, foraging for herbs and mushrooms, and talent for blending premium spices, brings his food to life! Saturdays are especially fun, as Friendly Nettle will be offering their small plates menu that can be found on the website in the link provided above. Please consider supporting this local chef when you pick up your fish shares! I am happy to keep your fish cold while you enjoy a small plate.

This Arts market is a community event showcasing handmade goods by makers, growers and artisans from around the Olympic Peninsula.
If you fail to show up to the pickup you will be charged for shipping. Local pickups are a community service that I am happy to do, and truly enjoy providing for everyone. I cannot re-schedule custom pickups for people that miss group pickups, and cannot cancel your order for a refund, as it is a financial hardship for me to re-stock the inventory and re-sell the fish. A small artisan winery that specializes in creating limited quantities of hand-crafted premium wine, many of Rolling Bay Winery varietals come from grapes planted in 1979. April 16th Fish Club Pickup aboard the F/V Grace
Order your fish shares on the order page and come on down to the Port of Port Townsend Commercial Boat Basin to pick them up. You can see Kat in her natural habitat, and meet the mighty F/V Grace! Saturday April 16th, 12-4pm.
The commercial boat basin is located across the street from West Marine. Please Park in front of the harbor (not the west marine parking lot) and follow the signs to the boat. I will either be tied to the work float if it is available or in slip C9. Click on the link to see a detailed map of the slips. Either way, just follow the signs to your wild caught alaskan salmon!

February 2022 Uptown Pub
Pre-order your fish shares on the order page and pick up your shares at the Uptown Pub on Saturday, February 12th from 12pm - 4pm. When checking out, under order options please select the Pickup up tab (instead of the shipping tab) and the Uptown Pub Pickup option.
The Uptown Pub is located in Port Townsend. A local bar with a lot of character! Serving beer and wine, as well as a selection of burgers, fried/grilled chicken, wraps and apps, and a wide selection of house-made sauces. Owners Rob and Jaclyn graciously offer me employment in the kitchen every year when I come back from my summer fishing season…trust me, try the sauces!

Must be 21+ to enter. If you have kids in tow no problem, I can walk your fish shares out to you! Masks are required while picking up your fish. If you’d like to stay and enjoy a drink and or some lunch, proof of vaccination and ID are required for indoor dining.

I’m at the end of my inventory and in the middle of a boat maintenance period so I will not be hosting anymore pickup events until November 2021. I will be leaving to go fishing June through October to catch next years salmon!

Valentine’s Day Weekend at Marrowstone Vineyards
I’ll be back at Marrowstone Vineyards February 13th and 14th from 12-5pm for heart day! Order your fish shares on the order page and pick up your fish at Marrowstone Vineyards. To save on packaging, please bring a cooler.
I will also be selling individual pieces of both portions and fillets at $18/lb, but if you wish to buy 10lbs or more please pre-order on the website to receive bulk discount pricing.
Marrowstone Vineyards will be offering bottle service on their patio and/or curbside pickup of their delicious handcrafted wines upon arrival or by phone (360) 385-9608.
